About Winter Retreat

Winter Retreat an experience that’s designed to refresh & inspire our pastors, their spouses, staff, and lay leaders. We pray you are also encouraged, equipped, and challenged through experiencing this time away. Winter Retreat has a lot of free time built in for you to retreat and do something you enjoy. All appointed ministerial students, licensed pastors, commissioned and ordained pastors should plan to attend. Church leaders and spouses are also invited.

REGISTRATION

Pay the registration fee online or by sending a check made out to The Northwest District and mail it to the district office, 919 Airport Rd, Sheridan, WY 82801.

THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY IS JANUARY 15. 

Individual: $40

Couple: $75

Childcare: $40/child

CHILDCARE

Childcare is provided by North Coast Church for infants-6 years old and only offered during the sessions. The cost is $40/child, which should be paid to the district when registering.

MILEAGE

All appointed ministerial students, licensed and ordained ministers, as well as, retired pastors will receive a mileage check in the amount of $300. The checks will be available to pick up following the last session.

TRAVEL

You’re responsible for making your own travel arrangements and accommodations, but the district has several hotel group blocks set up in Oceanside and Carlsbad.
