USF-General covers the expense of operating the denominational headquarters.

USF-EIF goes directly to Wesleyan educational institutions which in turn provide scholarships and reduced expenses for our students.

The Church Multiplication Fund was Instituted in the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year, and is a portion collected for church planting. The CM Funds are held at the district level in a designated account to be disbursed after General Board approval is given for the District’s Church Multiplication Budget.

DSF is the portion that is used to support the Northwest District. These funds cover the operational expenses of the district, which include district administration, support and resources to our district churches and pastors, district church plants and Christian camping ministries.
Assessment Dates and Plans
The fiscal year reporting period is May 1 - April 30, with final payment due to the District Finance Office by May 31.
There are two systems for Assessment currently in place:
Real Time Assessment System: Churches making real time assessment payments are assessed 10% on the church’s monthly assessable income in the current fiscal year.
Old Assessment System: Churches making payments using the Old Assessment System are assessed 10% of the previous fiscal year’s assessable income.
